Placement and Training cell helps to identify skills and the job requirements of the students. One of the primary goals of pursuing a degree is to obtain a job afterwards. Placement and Training Cell helps to achieve your dream job after graduation. Students often have the opportunity to try out different roles with various jobs.

The Placement Cell of our college plays a vital role in shaping the careers of students by connecting them with leading companies. It serves as a bridge between the academic world and the corporate sector, ensuring that students are well-prepared to enter the professional environment. Through continuous guidance and support, the cell helps students explore suitable job opportunities and understand the latest industry expectations.

To enhance employability, the Placement Cell organizes training programs in aptitude, communication skills, resume building, and technical development. Students are encouraged to participate in mock interviews, workshops, and skill-based sessions that boost their confidence. By collaborating with renowned organizations, the cell provides multiple opportunities for students to attend campus drives and explore diverse career paths.

The ultimate objective of the Placement Cell is to ensure that every eligible student receives the right platform to begin their professional journey. Objectives of placement and training cell

? To provide incessant pre-placement trainings.

Guidelines

? Final year students, alumni and other college students are eligible to get placement via campus drive.

? Students have to provide declaration about their further plans, after graduation.

? Students focused on higher education are not eligible for placements.

? The student should undergo pre-placement training before recruitment. The training lists out the general instructions of the particular company, about their norms etc.,

Recruitment Preparation Methodology

? The cell constantly works with top-notch companies to facilitate campus interviews.

? Students receive assistance in preparing their Resumes/CVs for screening and short listing.

? Mock interview sessions on group discussions and HR round are conducted to prepare students for the actual interview.

Post Recruitment Methodology

? A copy of the offer letter is submitted to the placement office.

? On receiving a second job offer, student must submit a letter of rejection to the first employer and an acceptance letter of the second.

? If a student decides to withdraw the acceptance after accepting a job offer, they must inform the company.

? Students must clarify their job-related queries, location etc., with the relevant company HR.
